We all know that some Muslims are terrorists. And we all know that most are not (at least we should know). One of the most common questions I get from American non-Muslims is why moderate Muslims don’t speak out against terrorism.

These words are good to hear, and I believe many Muslims feel this way about terrorism. I assume that they would also have the same response to Sharia law and the danger that it presents?
Good question Craig. That is a question we should ask our Muslim friends. I haven’t read or seen anything regarding Muslims in America and their view (for or against) Sharia law.

Ideas have consequences!
Are there peaceful America loving Muslims born abroad and on our soil… YES! Those that have that position enjoy a high quality of life along with those Muslims who live in Europe. It’s because they don’t believe portions of their Quron and the other highly revered holy books. Period! Notice that millions are not trying the immigrate into Iran, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia etc. My Iranian friend said jokingly that he could not sell his passport for five Euros. Islam as an application to life which is called Sharia is a failure. Worse, there is not an example for Muslims to cite otherwise. Where ever Muslims have power, political freedom stops and other faiths are heavily persecuted. I could do 100 interviews of Christians saying that Christianity Buddha is also one way to heaven and that abortion is not fine and fun. But the book of the Christians say other wise. I will say is plain and clear. Islam will always be a seedbed for terrorism and it’s political application which is unstoppable brings a curse to the land. Islam is idealolgicly stunted, it has cannot give the right framework of a society for modernity, advancement, emotional health and worst… demotes science (the study of truth in every creature and thing). Should you site Andalusia and Bagdad, during Islam’s golden age. You will not find Sharia, and you will find Jews and Christians counseling kings. I think your video is misleading and it’s obvious you have not done your any homework. Ideas have consequences.

Cause, I have read the Bible, and I can find as many, if not more verses “The God, Lord” telling the believers to go and kill the non-believers. Read Joshua chapter lately?
The reality is that BOTH Muslims and Christians (in their BILLIONS) have some terrorists, and some good, some bad and some ugly.
Your mistake is to compare the “ugly” of Muslims with “good” of Christians, and come up with the wrong conclusion.
May I remind us all of what our commonly beloved Jesus said about the thorn vs. the log, your eye vs. the eye of your neighbor.
A bit historical thorn picking might help us see thing a bit more clear, I hope.

I spend thirty hours or more of my work week looking into the eyes of the followers of Mohammed. I have clocked lots of time with Asian Muslims, Arab Muslims, West African and Western Muslims. All of our human needs are the same, love, family and dignity. And although we all have different visions of how that is accomplished there are a few ideals that are hazardous to mankind.
Now, the sort of ethnic cleansing you see in Old Testament when looked only at a glance seems like injustice… until you understand what the people were doing, who God said to destroy. Note, you also see wild untamed mercy/patience. I’m not going exhaustive here, I’ll just say that those people were burning their children alive systematically! God is in control of all justice on the earth. He often regulates, and certainly does today. The death the innocent wither it’s abortion or a ten year old suicide bomber is a sign of those who have refused to take the sacrifice which God has provided to stop His Judgment.
Now we get to the life of Jesus. You’ve read it! Can you imagine reading/meditating on Gospels and then being promoted by it’s content to go kill people because of what Jesus said. No! You can’t because He said the opposite, Christianity only become politicized and institutionalized by a newly converted king by the name of Contintine who wanted to make it look like and feel like other pagan religions. Then the crusaders of the middle ages or one or two lunatics this century clearly couldn’t be classified as follower’s of Jesus.
Ok… now the life of Mohammed… who would follow a man from any century or civilization who would have sex with a nine year old at age 54! Or teaching that lying is OK to cover your religion or family name, and lying to NON-Muslims is also OK. Or say that having sex with married captured women is also OK. Does this sound like a great holy man you want to follow? If you want references, oh, please do ask I have then all.. I also mostly use Burkari or Muslim. Now specifically with killing, there were Jews who were not attacking him, nor sacrificing/burning their children alive. Al Azhar university is the educational mind of Dar al Islam, respected by 90% of Muslims world wide. They have access and knowledge or Classical Arabic and know all the sunnah and Hadith, what are their views on these topics… have a look. Would someone who followed a man like that kill in the name of religion… Yes… and they do in great numbers.
I do have a challenge for you as a fellow monotheist. Take a world religions class… or maybe take another, or maybe you teach it, and you need to connect some dots? Notice one thing, all the worlds religions place SEX as central parts of the most critical facets of their teachings… do you really want examples? Man is his flesh and greatest imaginations can only perceive SEX as the end all greatest reward… in this life… or the next. In reference, by contrast for example the Bible says, “no ear has heard, no eye has seen, no mind has perceived what God has prepared for those who love Him”. Religion from the mind of man worships his own CREATED power and can see nothing beyond it. Religion that is from heaven worships the CREATOR (author of love) and looks after widows and orphans. See the the glory and incomparability to Christ Al-Masiah, the very WORD of God, the very Spirit of God Himself! With love and intelligence, bow to Christ the Korban or God. Masalemah.

As to your comment of which demographic of Muslims I work with everyday. From doctors to homeless, some more educated than you I might guess. And just so you know… I love Muslims, and my heart in broken over the curses that are found on them and people in general. As for terrorism and violence:
Another thorn vs. the log.
Look at the history of Christians and Christianity.
The Christians burnt Jews alive during their Crusades. The so called Christians have been bombing Muslims, and other people for centuries.
But I am sure the “Thorn in your eye” would prevent you from seeing that. You would rather try to pull out the log.
My suggestion would be to really read an impartial Christian history.
From what I can say from your posts, your comments of “loving the Muslims” is just a lie. Its more of pitty. Feeling you are sooo superior to those “pesky, pittyful Mozlims.”

And BTW, the Quran does not say I cannot love you. If you were a women (are you?) I could even marry you, and love you as my wife. Muslim men are allowed to Marry chaste women among Jews and Christians, and they are NOT allow to forefully convert them to Islam.
What the real Quran (not the interpretive traslation) says is that I cannot take you as my “Overlord” and Protector (Wali, in Arabic). As I should take the Lord, as my Lord and Protector.
But as long as you have that log in your eye, does not matter what I say to you, or what the Quran says. You will only see the negatives from Muslims, and overlook the negatives from Christians.

People become who they follow. If the one you follow can kill hundreds of Jews for no reason other than the fact that they are Jews… so do/can his followers.
Should people follow a man who teaches to “love your enemies”, his followers will do what he did. I’m speaking nothing more then ideological consequence.
You simply get two very different types of world-veiws, with two people, who would be “serious” about following one of these two men.
It’s for this reason again, that Islam will always be a seed bed for terrorism… the life of Muhammad.
I have seen man who have spent years studying classical Arabic to understand their Korans… but because they can now understand it… have decided to follow Jesus the only WORD of Allah, the only Spirit of Allah. Ahmed my friend… don’t you find it strange that your Koran mentions Jesus almost 90 times and Mohammed only about 30, and gives titles to Jesus that don’t even come close to Mohammed.
Anthropologist might label you a cultural Muslim. I know, it seems as though Islam has a bad rap to you… simply read your own material, and you we see. If you don’t know no educated baptized Jesus following ex-muslims, I can put you into contact with many I know personally. Are you an Arabic speaker? My guess is that your parents are from Pakistan and that you’ve not really spent much time there?
